Former Athlete 12-Week Training Guide
DESCRIPTION:
Former Athlete 12-Week Training Guide is an intro into the Forever an Athlete Membership. Train like an athlete, whether you still competitively compete or not. Build the strongest, leanest, most athletic version of yourself while having access to a coach (me) and a community to help push and hold each other accountable.
This guide serves as a kick start to developing or re-developing your athletic qualities through strength and power training, functional movements, mobility work and conditioning training. By using science-based principles and the most effective compound movements, this membership will help you start to unlock your athletic abilities, no matter your age or stage of life.
This program offers training each day of the week, whether it be heavy lifting + power training, conditioning or recovery work to make sure you are equipped with everything your body needs to succeed!
*For Coaches: a great 12 Week strength and conditioning program to use with your athletes in off-season or to prep for season! Reach out if you have questions!
HOW IT WORKS:
When you click the link button “HERE” (on the right under Investment) to purchase the Training Guide, you will be transferred to the sign-up page through TrainHeroic. Here you will select your subscription (monthly or yearly).
Then you will proceed to check out, enter payment information and check out!
You will receive an email which will provide information on your training program and prompt you to set up your account by downloading the app. Once your account is set up, follow the steps and the program should be added to your account! I recommend easing into it if you are just beginning to work out! Then progress as you feel is best for YOU!
You will have access to Team Leaderboards and group messaging within the team during your 6 weeks.

There will be 3-4 full gym workouts each week, plus additional conditioning, mobility, and rest days.
If this is your first time working out, don’t feel like you need to do all of the workouts each day of the week. Once the 6-week program is over, the Forever an Athlete Membership is an awesome team to transition into to keep the training going!
GYM REQUIREMENTS:
Variety of dumbbells, machines, bands, squat rack, bench, box/bench to jump on/off
Bonus equipment: treadmill, elliptical, rower, jump rope, medicine balls, kettlebells
PROGRAM LENGTH:
12 Week Program
7 workouts/week: strength, power, conditioning, core, interval training, mobility, rest days
