Whether you are a former athlete or not, if you want train to be strong, powerful, explosive, well conditioned and move better - this team is for you!

Build the strongest, leanest, most athletic version of yourself while having access to a coach (me) and a community (your new teammates) to help push and hold each other accountable. Our focus is on training, moving, and performing like an athlete, whether you still competitively compete or not!

This membership is fully gym-based and provides 7 days of training each week, varying from strength, conditioning & mobility work + rest and active recovery/yoga days!

What to Expect

 

STEP

ONE

Select the service you are wanting and follow the instructions to complete the purchase. If there is an intake form attached, please take the time to fill it out! This information is super important!

TWO

Next you will receive an email from me with information to login to your client profile. This is where you will be able to access the service you purchased (training plan, ect). If you purchase a Membership, once you check out, an email will be sent to you within 1 business day.

Depending on the package purchased, once you receive your email from TrainHeroic, set up and log in to your account. If you are a 1:1 client, we will walk through the app via direct message or a scheduled video call. During that time, we can adjust anything if needed and make sure you feel confident! If you are on a membership, the program will automatically be added to your profile, and you are ready to go!

After you complete your first phase of training, an invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of each phase following. You will have access to me via app for any questions you have, feedback, community support and anything else you may need! ッ

HOW DO I GET STARTED WORKING WITH YOU?

You can start with my free online consult call or send me a message to chat about how we can work together to achieve your goals! You can also go to the services page and purchase the program that best fits what you are looking for!

HOW SOON CAN WE GET STARTED?

During your purchase of a 1:1 online custom program or membership, you will fill out an intake form. This form will provide me with important information to help me individually program for you! For 1:1 clients, once I receive your purchase, you will receive an email within 1-3 business days detailing the next steps and client login information. Shortly after you receive the next steps email, I will be creating an individualized plan for you, which we will discuss via direct message or a Zoom call! For membership clients, once you receive your login information, set up your account and your program will be automatically added to your training calendar!

HOW WILL I BENEFIT WORKING WITH YOU?

Whether you are an athlete in sport or athlete in life, we all have goals. If those goals include improving your athletic performance, adding movement into your daily routine, or desire to enhance your overall health, reach out! The program will be structured specifically for you, your needs and abilities. DO I NEED CERTAIN EQUIPMENT?

No you do not! I will customize your program with whatever access to equipment you have, depending upon service purchased! Wanting to workout  from the comfort of your home? Let’s do it! Have a gym membership or gym access? Cool, let’s get rolling! Either way, I will work with you, do not worry! 

WHEN ARE MY PAYMENTS DUE?

When you purchase the first 4-week service online, the first payment will be due then. After that, we will continue communicating and you will receive an invoice at the start of each 4-week phase or month.
