Add to Life Membership
DESCRIPTION:
An effective design to help you move better and feel better. The goal of this program is to build strength, boost metabolism, increase mobility (limit pain areas) and tone up with a challenging yet sustainable workout routine.
Workout at home or at the gym! Whether you new to working out or have been following a routine - this membership will provide you with an effective plan needed to reach your health and fitness goals!
HOW IT WORKS:
When you click the link button “HERE” (on the right under Investment) to join the Add to Life Membership Team, you will be transferred to the sign-up page through TrainHeroic. Here you will select your subscription (monthly or yearly).
Then you will proceed to check out, enter payment information and click “start my 7-day free trial.” Depending on the subscription selected, you will be billed monthly or annually through TrainHeroic for the membership.
You will receive an email which will provide information on your training program and prompt you to set up your account by downloading the app. Once your account is set up, the A2L Membership will be added to your account! You will be jumping into the training with the rest of the A2L Membership Team - so I recommend easing into it if you are just beginning to workout! Then progress as you feel is best for YOU!
You will have access to Team Leaderboards and group messaging within the team. If you need direct access to me, send me an email @ addison@addtolife.com. I can then activate 1:1 direct message within the app if desired.
There will be a Level 1 (At-Home Gym Based) workout AND a Level 2 workout (Gym/Advanced Home-Gym Based) option for each day. These workouts may take anywhere from 20-40 minutes depending on how long you rest between sets, warm-ups, etc.
Level 1: Home Gym workouts great for those with busier schedules and only have minimal gym equipment at home!
Level 2: Gym or Advanced Home Gym workouts that will follow similar structure as Level 1. These workouts will be more advanced and require more gym equipment.
Please remember to take the workouts at your own pace. If this is your first time working out, start with Level 1 and progress to Level 2 if you have the home-gym equipment available. Don’t feel like you need to do all of the workouts each day of the week. Pick level you feel comfortable with and have gym equipment for - if you are looking to further your at home gym, please let me know and I can help you find equipment if you need! Start slow and build up from there!

REQUIRES:
Level 1 (Home-Gym Based): 1 set of light and 1 set of med-heavy dumbbells/kettlebells, mini bands, resistance bands
Level 2 (Gym Based/Advanced Home-Gym Based) basic gym equipment: barbell, bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, physioball, ect
Bonus equipment: treadmill, elliptical, bike, rower, jump rope, ect.
PROGRAM LENGTH:
Monthly Membership
4-week training phases
5-6 workouts/week: strength, cardio, core, and interval training mixed in
At home + gym workout options for each day
