What do you think of when you hear the word steward?
Discipleship?
Leadership?
Guidance?
Your job?
Your passions?
What are some ways we all could better steward the gifts we’ve each been graciously blessed with?
I’m sure everyone’s thoughts go in different directions. No right or wrong answers here. We are all gifted with different talents and purposes that makes us unique and it’s so important we let those talents and purposes shine, without fear. be YOU.
Through all of our answers to that question.. above all, being a faithful steward is one of the MOST important ways God calls us to live our life, to use our gifts, and to guide, lead, and serve.
To steward your unique LIGHT for the good of others AND in a way brings God all the glory.
I challenge us all to become more aware of and reflect on how we might be living our life as a faithful steward for Christ. Something I definitely need to be more aware of because we’re all human and make mistakes. So maybe we start thinking about some changes or adjustments that might need to happen in order to start prioritizing our personal walks with Christ, to manage our lives, to disciple others, and to make sure we are using our God-given gifts to the fullest - ALL for our good and His glory.
So steward…
Your life well…
Our lives are not our own. They were bought at a price. Jesus Christ. Our lives are a gift from God - so let’s use them for His glory and the good of others.
Your body well…
From a place of peace and acceptance, not to gain peace and acceptance.
You. Your body - each and every detail was handcrafted in His image. You are reflection of Christ.
Your gifts well…
God graciously gifted each of us with our own unique talents, passions, desires, and flaws - they all serve a purpose. Use your gifts and everything He has blessed you with, to the fullest, for your good and His glory alone.
Your time well…
Time is precious. We all know that. Some days hit harder than others. So be gracious and thankful. Find ways to be a faithful steward each day in a way that works for best for you and your season of life.
Others well…
Disciple, Lead, Help, Guide
Come alongside others, serve each other, lend a helping hand, show respect, shine your light
Above all… simply live like Jesus - show endless LOVE and GRACE for others and yourself ♡
1 Peter 4:10
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
know you are so loved
