Sports Performance Training is designed for sport’s teams looking to improve their overall performance and athleticism. The training program will be customized to the needs of your sport/team, for your facility/field. This unique strength and conditioning plan is designed to maximize performance and decrease risk of injury.

HOW IT WORKS:
Once I receive your message of interest or intake form, we will further connect via email, phone call or video chat. During this time we will go over various information, needs, and goals to make sure your team’s training is designed, in the best possible way, to maximize performance and improve athleticism.
PROGRAM LENGTH:
4-week phases (continued 4 week phases following initial phase)
*Exact duration for program length will be dependent upon each team’s wants and needs.
Pre-Season:
movement, mobility, recovery work
intense speed, agility, quickness along with strength and conditioning training to prepare for upcoming season
In-Season:
movement, mobility, recovery work
speed, agility, explosive power, strength training
Off-Season:
movement, mobility, recovery work
