Add to Life Training Membership
The Add to Life Training Membership is a simple design to help you move better and feel better. The goal in this program is to build functional strength, improve mobility, increase metabolism and provide a challenging yet sustainable workout routine. This service offers 5-6 workouts to do each week, with at-home or gym options you are be able to choose from!
I truly want you to be able to have the resources needed to reach your health and fitness goals! This program is great if you are working out from home or the gym, both options are provided! Whether you are just beginning or have been working out for a while - the Add to Life Training Membership will provide you with an effective plan needed to reach your health and fitness goals!
HOW IT WORKS:
When you purchase the Add to Life Training Membership service, you will be prompted to fill out an intake form. Once I receive your purchase, I will add you to the Add to Life Training Membership group and start forming your client portal. You will receive an email inviting you to download the training app. Then I will begin sharing with you the Add to Life Training Membership 4-week customized program.
There will be an at-home workout and full gym workout option for each day. Please remember to take the workouts at your own pace. If this is your first time working out, don’t feel like you need to do all of the workouts each day of the week. Start slow and build up from there!
*REQUIRES: 1 set of dumbbells + resistance band for at-home workouts
The workouts will take anywhere from 20-40 minutes depending on how long you rest between sets, warm ups, etc. The at home workouts will usually be shorter and are great for those who may have busy schedules, or anyone who’s on the go!
You can cancel your membership at anytime by sending me an email saying you like to cancel. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective immediately. Refunds will not be provided for any subscription that are cancelled mid-month.
